High Road West bring wide reaching improvements to the local area, delivering what the community have told us are their priorities. Priorities such as providing much needed high-quality homes including 500 new council homes, new jobs and employment space and improved community facilities such as the Library and Learning Centre, and new and enhanced green and open spaces.
The scheme will also see £10 million of social and economic investment into the local community, and provide opportunities for residents to benefit from education, employment, and training, as well as ensuring prospects for current and new businesses. Lendlease is the council's development partner for the scheme.
The High Road West area is broadly between Tottenham High Road and the railway line (White Hart Lane Station), running from Brereton Road in the south to the former Sainsburys site in the north.
In this section you will find information on the plans and consultations guiding the High Road West scheme, what’s happening next, and our commitments to residents and businesses.
