Northumberland Park is an area with huge potential. It is a priority regeneration area that will see investment in local communities, new homes, new community facilities and new public spaces. Following community consultation, we believe that physical change, including potentially redeveloping parts of the local housing estates, will bring long term benefits to existing and new communities in Northumberland Park.

In this section you will find information on the strategies guiding any future change in Northumberland Park and community projects underway.
