Broadwater Farm is a vibrant estate with circa 1,100 homes. The estate is next to Lordship Rec in west Tottenham and is home to a strong and passionate community.

Broadwaters Inclusive Learning Community

On Broadwater Farm you will find Broadwaters Inclusive Learning Community (external link). Broadwaters brings together The Brook Special Primary, The Willow Primary and Broadwaters Children’s Centre in a unique inclusive approach to education.

The £18million campus in Adams Road, Tottenham, is the first primary inclusive campus in the country, with pupils benefiting from close learning and shared purpose-built facilities to support individual needs.

The Broadwater Farm Community Centre Gym

The Broadwater Farm Community Centre Gym (external link) was refurbished in 2013 and is run by Fusion Lifestyle. It has fantastic facilities on offer including all the latest gym and fitness equipment, an extensive programme of group exercise classes, 5-a-side football pitches, badminton and basketball.

Estates Regeneration Fund

In March 2017, Haringey Council was successful in its bid for funding from the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government and was awarded £2.371m of funding. Broadwater Farm is one of the Tottenham estates that will benefit from this. The funding will empower residents to develop and deliver the projects that will benefit their community.
