A course for 16-24 year olds who are far away from the job market; designed to boost confidence and self-belief equipping young people to find work or education. Over the past 3 years 88% of participants on the Premier League Works programme with the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation have progressed into work or full-time education.

Six week course will provide Customer service and Personal Development training. Work experience with William Hill. Upon completion of the programme, there will be an interview for a Customer Experience Assistant role in one of the William Hill Stores.

Stubhub Pre-Apprentice scheme

Reignite aims to support unemployed residents of North London who are aged 50 and over, through employment and healthy lifestyle support. Tottenham Hotspur Foundation’s REIGNITE will provide you with support in starting a new career, reigniting an old one, refreshing skills, identifying core transferable skills, building confidence, empowering and energising, networking and sharing experiences, and creating new ideas for skills and careers. As part of the REIGNITE programme, you will have access to 1-2-1 employability and personal training sessions.

Football traineeship 16-18  (12-week programme)

This is a course for 16-18 year olds who are not in education, employment of Training. The course will provide football coaching training, functional skills training and the opportunity to complete Sports Leader Level 1 award.
