Our vision for High Road West is for it to be a fun, green and safe place to live and work, with a range of modern, high-quality homes that meet the needs of residents. The High Road West regeneration scheme will create a vibrant, attractive and sustainable neighbourhood and a new sports and leisure destination for North London.

The High Road West area is broadly between Tottenham High Road and the railway line (White Hart Lane Station), running from Brereton Road in the south to the former Sainsburys site in the north.

In this section you will find information on the strategies guiding the future change in the High Road West area, our commitment to residents and businesses and re-housing plans.
