With an £8m refurbishment complete of Tottenham Green Pools and Fitness, free gym memberships for the over 65s plus free outdoor fitness classes and outdoor gyms Tottenham is paving the way to a healthier you.
Haringey’s leisure centres are managed by Fusion Lifestyle – an experienced sport and leisure management organisation in partnership with Haringey Council. As a registered charity, Fusion continually reinvests to improve sport and leisure facilities in the community.
New for 2016 - over 65s can use Tottenham Green Pools and Fitness and Broadwater Farm Sports and Fitness for free on weekdays between 9am-5pm. To take up this offer all you need to do is pop along to your closest leisure centre and show your ID!
Down Lane Park and Rothbury Walk in Northumberland Park both have free-to-use Outdoor Gyms. Equipment is easy and safe to use without having a formal induction. Some of the stations use your own body weight to provide resistance whilst others are cardiovascular machines to make you puff and pant include skiers, cross trainers, seated rowers and walkers. There also strength and toning and core body machines.

Silver Fit provides fitness sessions for the over 45s. Sessions take place on Tuesdays at 10.30am at Lordship Rec, Lordship Lane N17. You can choose from yoga, badminton, cheerleading and walking.
